11 AAC 40.625 - Test batch, standards for authorized testing facilities

(a) The division will establish a minimum weight or volume of industrial hemp products and direct the designated testing facilities to apply those standards for every type of test conducted.

(b) The division will also establish a standard number of samples required to be included in each batch of hemp products for every type of test conducted in compliance with 11 AAC 40.630 - 11 AAC 40.640.

(c) An authorized testing facility may not accept a sample that is smaller than the standard minimum amount, unless the sample was collected by the division, an authorized representative of the division, or a registrant under division direction.
