11 AAC 20.914 - Old Kasilof Landing boat launching and retrieval

A person may not launch a boat into the Kasilof River at the Old Kasilof Landing in the Kasilof River State Recreation Site unless permitted by the director under 11 AAC 18. A person may only retrieve a boat from the Kasilof River at the Old Kasilof Landing if the boat is
(1) non-motorized; or
(2) equipped with not more than one motor, with a total propeller shaft horsepower rating of 10 horsepower or less.
