Section 800-6-4-.01 - Payroll Deduction Of Cost

The cost of coverage, or premiums, shall be deducted in equal installments from each employee's paycheck. Employees paid by twelve monthly paychecks shall have the total annual premium deducted in twelve equal installments. Employees paid by nine monthly paychecks shall have the total annual premium deducted in nine equal installments. Employees paid more than once per month shall have a proportional amount deducted from each check.
