Section 800-5-7-.03 - Designation Of Beneficiary

Each participating public employee may designate a beneficiary, on forms prescribed by the administrative staff, to receive any assets remaining in his account at the time of his death. This beneficiary designation may be changed at any time in writing on forms prescribed by the administrative staff. Upon the death of a participating employee, the account balance will be distributed to or retained for the designated beneficiary as permitted by federal law.
