Chapter 800-2-2 - ELIGIBILITY FOR MEMBERSHIP
Section 800-2-2-.01 - Full-Time Employees

(1) All full-time state employees shall be enrolled in the Employees' Retirement System as a condition of employment.

(2) Full-time employment shall be in the time required for that full-time position as determined by the employer, or in the case of hourly employees, at least 20 hours per week.

(3) Any member of the Employees' Retirement System who shall assume a position of less than full-time shall continue to be a member of the Employees' Retirement System and shall receive creditable service in proportion to the percent of time he works when compared to a full-time employee, as certified by his employer.
