For the purposes of this quarantine, the following articles are hereby deemed to be regulated:
(1) Class A Noxious Weeds.
(a) All weeds listed in
7 C.F.R.
360.200 Federal Noxious Weed List, the same
of which is hereby incorporated by reference herein including its subsequent
amendments and editions.
