Section 610-X-3-.11 - Withdrawal Of Board Approval

(1) If the Board withdraws approval from a nursing education program following an administrative hearing, the governing institution shall submit to the Board:

(a) Within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the Board's order, a plan for transfer of students currently enrolled in the program.

(b) Within ninety (90) days of the effective date of the Board's Order, a report detailing the transfer of students currently enrolled in the program. If unable to transfer students, a plan to teach out those students currently enrolled in the program.

(c) Specific arrangements for the secure storage and access to academic records and transcripts.

(2) The governing institution shall notify students accepted and enrolled in the program, in writing, of the Board's withdrawal of approval within thirty (30) days of the effective date of the Board's Order.

Rule 610-X-3-.10, was repealed and renumbered to .11 as per certification filed November 21, 2016; effective January 5, 2017. Previous Rule 610-X-3-.10 renumbered .11 per certification published November 30, 2020; effective January 14, 2021.
