The Alabama Board of Nursing hereby adopts by reference as its rules Sections 12 through 21 of Chapter 22, Title 41, Code of Ala. 1975, as amended, governing contested cases, appeals, and related proceedings unless inconsistent with Section 34-21-25 or Chapter 610-X-14.
