Failure to comply with the provisions of any contract or loan repayment agreement as provided in this Chapter shall constitute grounds for discipline up to and including revocation of the Participant's nursing license.
Previous Rule .07 was repealed and Rule .08 was renumbered .07 as per certification published September 29, 2023; effective November 13, 2023.
