Section 560-X-23-.06 - Disproportionate Share Hospital (DSH) Payments

(1) For the period from October 1 to September 30, qualified hospitals, in accordance with 42 CFR 433.51(b), will be paid a DSH payment as described in the Alabama Medicaid Agency State Plan and amendments thereto as currently approved by the Hospital Services and Reimbursement Panel.
