Before revoking, suspending, placing on probation, assessing administrative fines against, or otherwise disciplining the license of a physician assistant on any of the grounds specified in Rule 540-X-7-.12, the Board shall conduct a hearing pursuant to the provisions of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act, §§ 41-22-1 et seq. Code of Ala. 1975, and Chapter 6 of the Rules of the Board.
