Section 540-X-25-.03 - Registration Of Physicians For Certifying The Use Of Medical Cannabis

Every physician licensed to practice in Alabama who certifies or recommends a patient for the use of medical cannabis within Alabama pursuant to Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 20-2A-1, et. seq. or who proposes to certify or recommend a patient for the use of medical cannabis within Alabama must obtain annually an Alabama Medical Cannabis Certification Permit from the Board.
