(1) This rule shall apply in the following instances:
(a)
Physician assistant applicants seeking a license to practice, who otherwise
qualify for a license, but who have been absent from clinical practice for two
years or more may obtain a license by entering into a reentry agreement with
the Board.
(b) Licensees seeking
reinstatement of a license may be ordered to complete a reentry plan as a
condition of reinstatement. Licensees whose reinstatement is contested and
whose license is reinstated shall be required to complete a reentry plan as
part of the reinstatement order.
