The Medical Licensure Commission shall not issue to any physician licensed in the State of Alabama who is not exempt an annual certificate of registration pursuant to § 34-24-337, unless the physician certifies in writing upon the application for certificate of registration that he or she has met or will meet by December 31 the minimum continuing medical education requirements prescribed in these rules.
Rule .11 was renumbered to .12 as per certification filed March 11, 2010; effective April 15, 2010.
