In addition to the requirements of these rules, all physicians and delegates who use or operate lasers must comply with any regulations, standards, directives and guidelines for laser safety and use issued by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, United States Department of Labor.
Previous Rule .13 was renumbered .12 per certification published May 31, 2023; effective July 15, 2023.
