Section 488-X-1-.05 - Application For License Or Permit; Issuance; Rejection

(1) Any person may apply for a license or a permit pursuant to this chapter by filing a written or electronic application on a form prescribed by the board not less than 30 days prior to the next meeting of the board. The application shall be accompanied by the payment of the annual nonrefundable license fee or permit fee. The credentials of the applicant shall be reviewed according to the rules of the board.
(2) If the board finds the credentials in order, a license or permit shall be issued to the applicant.
(3) If the board rejects the credentials, t e applicant will be notified in writing informing him or her of the reasons for rejection.
