Section 482-1-155-.03 - Electronic Copy Of Rating Manual

(1) Electronic copies of rating manuals are freely available through the Web site maintained by Department of Insurance.

(2) The price for providing an electronic copy of a particular insurer's rating manual by Department of Insurance staff is $10.00.

(3) In the event the electronic copy of a rating manual cannot be provided as an attachment to an electronic mail message, there shall be an additional charge of $5.00 to cover the cost of providing a compact disk and copying the electronic file to the compact disk.
