Chapter 482-1-110 - RENEWAL OF LICENSE AND CONTINUING EDUCATION FOR PRODUCERS AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Section 482-1-110-.02 - Purposes

The purposes of this chapter are as follows:
(a) To set forth the procedures for the renewal of licenses of producers and service representatives, hereinafter sometimes referred to generally as "insurance representatives" or "licensees", as is required by Subsection (c) of Code of Ala. 1975, § 27-7-14.
(b) To implement the continuing education requirements for producers and service representatives set forth in Code of Ala. 1975, §§ 27-8A-1 through 27-8A-13.
