(1) Class I

(a) Rectangular Length 90'; Width 50'

(2) Class II -- (Small Public)

(a) Rectangular Length 120'; Width 90'

(3) Class III

(a) Rectangular Length 180'; Width 140'

(4) Glide paths shall not be over a congested area such as public parking area, school ground or directly over airport runway or flight approaches.

(5) Any heliport that is to be used by the public or for commercial purpose, the site and construction details must be approved by the Alabama Department of Aeronautics.
