Chapter 420-3-22 - FOOD ESTABLISHMENT SANITATION
Section 420-3-22-.11 - Priority Category 1 Establishments

General - A Priority Category 1 establishment shall comply with the requirements of these rules except as otherwise provided. The application for a permit and the permit shall specify that only prepackaged food items shall be sold or handled.
(2) Facilities
(a) Equipment and utensil cleaning facilities
shall not be required in Priority Category 1 establishments which market only
prepackaged food items.
(b) At
least one handwashing sink shall be provided and supplied with water, hand
cleanser, and provisions for hand drying.
(c) A Priority Category 1 establishment shall
have the garbage and refuse cleaning facilities specified in
420-3-22-.05 or demonstrate other
effective means for keeping the containers clean.
(d) Floors, walls and ceilings of the
Priority Category 1 establishment shall be maintained in good repair and shall
be kept clean.
