Section 420-3-20-.12 - Frozen Raw Breaded Shrimp

(1) General. Plants that produce frozen raw breaded shrimp shall be regulated in accordance with these rules and the rules specified in 21 CFR, Chapter 1, Part 123 (see Appendix B at end of chapter). All definitions, specifications, diagrams and requirements contained therein and any subsequent changes thereto shall be made a part of these rules.

(2) Certified Copies. Three certified copies of 21 CFR, Chapter 1, Part 123, shall remain on file in the office of the State Health Officer.
