(1) Other state agencies who may be requested to comment on specific applications may include, but are not limited to, the following:
(a) Division of Mental Illness, State
Department of Mental Health may be requested to comment on all applications for
mental health facilities and services as appropriate.
(b) Alabama Medicaid Agency may be requested
to comment on all projects involving Title XIX monies.
(c) Bureau of Licensure and Certification,
Department of Public Health, may be requested to comment on certain
applications as deemed appropriate by the state agency.
