Each State Forest or other Forestry Commission property not in a Wildlife Management Area or Handicapped Hunting Area designated by the Alabama Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, is hereby designated as a game and wildlife sanctuary, and it shall be unlawful therein for any person to hunt, trap, pursue, catch or kill any wild bird or wild animal unless such activities are specifically approved in advance by the State Forester.
