A person licensed in the state of his residency and who maintains a permanent office and/or place of business there as a base for his professional practice may upon formal application be granted reciprocity to practice in Alabama in the normal course of his assigned responsibilities as required by his principles, clients, or employers, provided the state of his residency is under reciprocal agreement with Alabama.
