Section 380-X-3-.06 - Expiration And Renewal Procedures

All licenses expire and become invalid on the 30th of September each year unless renewed by that date. Three months prior to the expiration date, each registrant will be notified by the secretary by mail of the expiration date of the license and the amount of the renewal fee for the ensuing year. A final renewal notice will be mailed thirty days prior to the expiration date. Licenses may be renewed during the three months following September 30, but no later than December 31, by payment of a late renewal fee set by the Board. Registrants failing to renew their licenses by September 30 will be notified by the secretary by mail by October 31, the said license will be revoked.
