Section 380-X-3-.04 - Notification Procedures For Examination

When the Board finds that an examination for license is required the applicant will be so notified by electronic mail and/or U.S. mail, not less than 30 days before the examination as to the time and place of the examination. If the applicant notifies the Board that he will not take the exam at this time, his file will then be considered inactive and no further action will be initiated by the Board.
