The Paul Douglas Teacher Scholarship Program (PDTSP) is authorized under Title V, Part D of the federal Higher Education Act of 1965, as amended (HEA)(20 U.S.C. 1001 et seq.). The purpose of the program is to provide scholarships to encourage and enable outstanding high school graduates to pursue teaching careers.
