(1) Program Curriculum
(a) In addition to meeting Rules

the teaching field shall require an academic major of at least 32 semester
hours of credit with at least 19 semester hours of upper-division credit in a
single language other than English. Additional information is provided in the
definition for academic major in Rule
290-3-3-.01(2).
(b) P-12 programs for languages
other than English must meet the standards for secondary programs for languages
other than English in Rule
290-3-3-.11(2) (a)
through (f).
