(1) Any license issued under this act expires on September 30th of every odd year after it is issued unless renewed in the manner prescribed by the Board.

(2) The Board may provide for the late renewal of a license upon payment of a late fee. No late renewal of a license may be granted more than 30 days after its expiration.

(3) If the late renewal and required fees are not received by the Board within thirty days after the end of the last month (September 30th) of the renewal period, an application for reinstatement must be filed with the Board with a late renewal fee in addition to the regular renewal fee and reinstatement application fee. No Reinstatement of a license may be granted more than one year after its expiration.
