The Board will request an exception be made to the state policy of distributing appropriated funds. The executive committee is authorized to request that the funds appropriated to the Board be distributed by the State Treasurer in three equal payments beginning with the first quarter of the school fiscal year (October 1), the second payment being made at the beginning of the second quarter (January 1), and the third payment being made at the beginning of the third quarter (April 1).
