Section 105-X-1-.06 - Responsibilities Of The Fair

(1) Not less than 30 days before holding its fair, the manager, president or secretary of the fair association which desires to share in state aid must file with the Center Board a list of prizes and premiums that are to be offered during their upcoming fair or a copy of the current year's premium book, if printed. This list should be a summary of the current premium book and should be broken down by departments or classes, whichever the case.

(2) Upon completion of the fair, two (2) copies of the fair's prize and premiums list should be forwarded to the Center Board along with a copy of the fair premium book indicating the State Agricultural Center Board - Fairs as being a co-sponsor of the fair. This report should be completed in its entirety listing only those classes approved for state aid.

(3) The winner list should show names and addresses of each prize and premium winner in each class and lot along with the amount paid each winner in each class and lot, and the total amount paid in premiums and awards.
