The following classes and items are not allowed state aid:
(1) Beauty pageants
(2) Noneducational contests and games
(a) Calf Scramble
(b) Greasy pig chase
(c) Pole climbing
(d) Attendance contest
(e) Needles in the haystack
(f) Other related games and contests
(3) Hay and feeding for livestock and wildlife animals
(4) Entry forms, judging forms, exhibit labels, and related supplies
(5) Judges
(6) Any type of paid demonstrations, exhibits and displays
(7) Any classes and lots not listed in the fair's current premium book
