TSA is providing notice of temporary exemptions the agency is granting to three airport operators to permit them to enter into Exclusive Area Agreements (EAA) with Amazon Air, a subsidiary of Amazon.com Inc. The exemption applies to the following airport operators: Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG), Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI), and Chicago Rockford International Airport (RFD).

TSA PreCheck® Application Program Fees

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) administers the TSA PreCheck[supreg] Application Program (also known as the TSA Pre[check][supreg] Application Program), in which members of the public may apply to be eligible for expedited airport security screening. To apply for TSA PreCheck Application Program eligibility, individuals voluntarily provide biometric and biographic information that TSA uses to conduct a security threat assessment and those applicants pay a fee to cover the cost to operate the TSA PreCheck Application Program. In this Notice, TSA announces the anticipated launch of additional enrollment providers who will be able to establish additional price points for the TSA PreCheck Application Program. These enrollment providers are planned to become available in 2021 to increase opportunities to apply for membership in the program. TSA will announce the details and pricing for these new enrollment options, when available, via https://www.tsa.gov/precheck.

The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is requesting applications from individuals who are interested in being appointed to serve on the Surface Transportation Security Advisory Committee (STSAC). All applicants must represent one of the constituencies specified below in order to be eligible for appointment. STSAC's mission is to provide advice, consultation, and recommendations to the TSA Administrator on improving surface transportation security matters, including developing, refining, and implementing policies, programs, initiatives, rulemakings, and security directives pertaining to surface transportation security, while adhering to sensitive security guidelines. The STSAC will consider risk-based approaches in the performance of its duties.
