Applicant: T[uuml]rkiye Sinai Kalkinma Bankasi A.[Scedil]. (``Applicant''). Summary of Application: Applicant, a banking institution organized as a public joint stock company of unlimited duration under the laws of the Republic of Turkey (``Turkey'') requests an order exempting it from all provisions of the Act in connection with the offer and sale of its debt securities in the United States. Filing Dates: The application was filed on July 14, 2015, and amended on November 25, 2015 and March 14, 2016. Hearing or Notification of Hearing: An order granting the application will be issued unless the Commission orders a hearing. Interested persons may request a hearing by writing to the Commission's Secretary and serving applicant with a copy of the request, personally or by mail. Hearing requests should be received by the Commission by 5:30 p.m. on May 2, 2016, and should be accompanied by proof of service on applicant, in the form of an affidavit or, for lawyers, a certificate of service. Equity Market Structure Advisory Committee
The Securities and Exchange Commission Equity Market Structure Advisory Committee is providing notice that it will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, in Multi-Purpose Room LL-006 at the Commission's headquarters, 100 F Street NE., Washington, DC. The meeting will begin at 9:30 a.m. (EDT) and will be open to the public. The public portions of the meeting will be webcast on the Commission's Web site at www.sec.gov. The meeting will focus on updates and potential recommendations from the four subcommittees.
Certain Natural Gas and Electric Power Contracts
In accordance with section 712(d)(4) of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act (the ``Dodd-Frank Act''), the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (the ``CFTC'') and the Securities and Exchange Commission (``SEC''), after consultation with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System (``Board of Governors''), are jointly issuing the CFTC's proposed guidance on certain contracts that provide for rights and obligations with respect to electric power and natural gas. The CFTC invites public comment on all aspects of its proposed guidance.
