By this notice, the Financial Management Service solicits comments concerning the FMS 458 and FMS 459 forms ``Financial Institution Agreement and Application for Designation as a Treasury Tax and Loan Depositary; and Resolution Authorizing the Financial Institution Agreement and Application for Designation as a Treasury Tax and Loan Depositary.''
