Postal Regulatory Commission 2009 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Commission is adding the Canada Post Bilateral Agreement for Inbound Market Dominant Services to the Market Dominant Product List. This action is consistent with changes in a recent law governing postal operations and a recent Postal Service request. Republication of the lists of market dominant and competitive products is also consistent with new requirements in the law.

The Commission is establishing a docket for consideration of the Postal Service's compliance with statutory provisions pertaining to costs, revenues, rates, and quality of service. The Postal Service's recently-filed FY 2008 report forms the basis for consideration. The public is invited to comment.
