The Office of the United States Trade Representative (``USTR'') is providing notice that on January 10, 2013, the United States requested consultations with the Government of the Republic of Indonesia (``Indonesia'') under the Marrakesh Agreement Establishing the World Trade Organization (``WTO Agreement'') concerning certain measures imposed by Indonesia on the importation of horticultural products, animals and animal products. That request may be found at www.wto.org, contained in a document designated as WT/DS455/1. USTR invites written comments from the public concerning the issues raised in this dispute.
