Office of Personnel Management February 2017 – Federal Register Recent Federal Regulation Documents

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) intends to submit to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) a request for review of a revision of a currently approved collection, the Multi-State Plan Program External Review Intake Form, OPM Form 1840. Approval of the revised Multi-State Plan Program External Review Intake Form is necessary to improve the collection of information from members of the Multi-State Plan Program who need to request the external review of a disputed adverse benefit decision.

This rule delays the effective date of the final rule titled, Access to Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) for Employees of Certain Indian Tribal Employers, published in the Federal Register on December 28, 2016, to a date 60 days from January 20, 2017.

This notice identifies Schedule A, B, and C appointing authorities applicable to a single agency that were established or revoked from October 1, 2016 to October 31, 2016.

The Retirement Services, Office of Personnel Management (OPM) offers the general public and other Federal agencies the opportunity to comment on a revision of a currently approved information collection request (ICR) 3206-0144, More Information Needed for the Person Named, RI 38-45. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act (Pub. L. 104-106), OPM is soliciting comments for this collection.
