Notice of Submission for Approval: Information Collection 3206-0150; Fingerprint Chart Standard Form 87, SF 87
The Federal Investigative Services (FIS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is notifying the general public and other Federal agencies that OPM is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of a revised information collection, control number 3206-0150, Fingerprint Chart Standard Form 87, SF 87. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35), as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act (Pub. L. 104-106), OPM is providing an additional 30 days for public comments. OPM previously solicited comments for this collection, with a 60-day public comment period, at 81 FR 2924 (January 19, 2016).

Federal Investigative Services (FIS), U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) is notifying the general public and other federal agencies that OPM is seeking Office of Management and Budget (OMB) approval of a revised information collection control number 3206-0258, Questionnaire for Public Trust Positions, Standard Form 85P (SF 85P) and Supplemental Questionnaire for Selected Positions, Standard Form SF 85P-S (SF 85P-S). OPM is soliciting comments for this collection as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35) as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act (Pub. L. 104- 106). The Office of Management and Budget is particularly interested in comments that: 1. Evaluate whether the proposed collection of information is necessary for the proper performance of the functions of the agency, including whether the information will have practical utility; 2. Evaluate the accuracy of the agency's estimate of the burden of the proposed collection of information, including the validity of the methodology and assumptions used; 3. Enhance the quality, utility, and clarity of the information to be collected; and 4. Minimize the burden of the collection of information on those who are to respond, including through the use of appropriate automated, electronic, mechanical, or other technological collection techniques or other forms of information technology, e.g., permitting electronic submissions of responses.

Civil Service Retirement System Board of Actuaries Meeting
The Civil Service Retirement System Board of Actuaries plans to meet on Friday, July 8, 2016. The meeting will start at 10:00 a.m. EDT and will be held at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM), 1900 E Street NW., Room 1350, Washington, DC 20415. The purpose of the meeting is for the Board to review the actuarial methods and assumptions used in the valuations of the Civil Service Retirement and Disability Fund (CSRDF).

New CFC rules published April 17, 2014 (76 FR 21581) authorize a means of electronic collection of CFC charity application information at 5 CFR 950.106(a). Pursuant to 5 CFR 1320.8(a)(5), it has been determined that the burden on respondents will be significantly reduced by use of this online application system. Moreover, OPM will discontinue use of OPM Forms 1647-C and -D as use of this online application system will render these forms unnecessary. As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, (Pub. L. 104-13, 44 U.S.C. chapter 35) as amended by the Clinger-Cohen Act (Pub. L. 104-106), OPM is soliciting comments for this collection. Hispanic Council on Federal Employment
The Hispanic Council on Federal Employment (Council) meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at the location shown below from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Council is an advisory committee composed of representatives from Hispanic organizations and senior government officials. Along with its other responsibilities, the Council shall advise the Director of the Office of Personnel Management on matters involving the recruitment, hiring, and advancement of Hispanics in the Federal workforce. The Council is co-chaired by the Director of the Office of Personnel Management and the Chair of the National Hispanic Leadership Agenda (NHLA). The meeting is open to the public. The manner and time prescribed for presentations may be limited, depending upon the number of parties that express interest in presenting information.
Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance Program: Filing Deadlines for Court Review of Administrative Final Decisions; Withdrawal of Proposed Rule
The United States Office of Personnel Management (OPM) issued a proposed rule on January 12, 2016 to amend the Federal Employees' Group Life Insurance (FEGLI) Program regulations to establish a timeframe for filing civil actions or claims against the United States based on 5 U.S.C. chapter 870 (Life Insurance). OPM is withdrawing the proposed rule to undertake further analysis of the subject matter referenced in the proposed rule.
