Additional Designations, Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act
The U.S. Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is publishing the names of 2 individuals and 24 entities whose property and interests in property have been blocked pursuant to the Foreign Narcotics Kingpin Designation Act (``Kingpin Act'') (21 U.S.C. 1901-1908, 8 U.S.C. 1182).

Publication of General Licenses Related to the Burma Sanctions Program
The Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') of the U.S. Department of the Treasury is publishing General License No. 16 and General License No. 17 issued under the Burma sanctions program on July 11, 2012. General License No. 16 authorizes the exportation or reexportation of financial services to Burma, subject to certain limitations. General License No. 17 authorizes new investment in Burma, subject to certain limitations and requirements.
Actions Taken Pursuant to Executive Order 13382
The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (``OFAC'') is unblocking and removing three entities from OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (``SDN List''), whose property and interests in property were blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005, ``Blocking Property of Weapons of Mass Destruction Proliferators and Their Supporters.'' OFAC is also announcing the unblocking and removal from the SDN List of seven vessels, which were property blocked pursuant to Executive Order 13382 of June 28, 2005.
