The University of Michigan has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and a present-day Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations. Lineal descendants or representatives of any Indian Tribe or Native Hawaiian organization not identified in this notice that wish to request transfer of control of these human remains should submit a written request to the University of Michigan. If no additional requestors come forward, transfer of control of the human remains to the lineal descendants, Indian Tribes, or Native Hawaiian organizations stated in this notice may proceed.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, intends to repatriate certain cultural items that meet the definition of unassociated funerary objects and that have a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural items were removed from Clay and Lowndes Counties, MS.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Mobile District, intends to repatriate certain cultural items that meet the definition of unassociated funerary objects and that have a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural items were removed from Itawamba and Tishomingo Counties, MS.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, the Department of the Interior (DOI) is issuing a public notice of its intent to create the National Park Service (NPS) system of records, INTERIOR/NPS-26, Integrated Resource Management Applications. This system consists of applications that manage and deliver resource information to parks, partners, and the public. This newly established system will be included in DOI's inventory of record systems.

In accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 we, the National Park Service (NPS) are proposing a new information collection.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Robert S. Peabody Institute of Archaeology intends to repatriate certain cultural items that meet the definition of unassociated funerary objects and objects of cultural patrimony and that have a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural items were removed from Adams County, MS.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the New York State Museum has amended a Notice of Intent to Repatriate published in the Federal Register on December 9, 2022. This notice amends the number of unassociated funerary objects and the cultural affiliation in a collection removed from Orange and Ulster Counties, NY.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Pioneer Museum, Blue Licks Battlefield State Resort Park, Kentucky Department of Parks has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any Indian Tribe. The human remains were removed from Franklin County, KY.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S. Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, Alaska Region, Anchorage, AK (FWS Alaska) has amended a Notice of Inventory Completion published in the Federal Register on October 29, 2008. This notice amends the minimum number of individuals and the number of associated funerary objects in a collection removed from Carlisle Island, Aleutians West Borough, AK.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S. Department of the Interior, Fish and Wildlife Service, Alaska Region (FWS Alaska) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects with assistance from the University of Alaska Museum of the North and the Museum of the Aleutians, and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from archeological sites on Kagamil, Carlisle, and Ship Rock Islands in the Aleutians West Census Area, AK.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the New York State Museum has amended a Notice of Inventory Completion published in the Federal Register on December 9, 2022. This notice amends the cultural affiliation in collections removed from Bronx, Dutchess, Orange, Sullivan, and Orange Counties, NY.

The National Park Service is hereby giving notice that the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Review Committee (Committee) will hold an in-person meeting as indicated below.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Big Stone, Chisago, Faribault, Hennepin, Grant, Ramsey, and Traverse Counties, MN, and from an unknown county in southern MN.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Central Washington University has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Pacific County, WA.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the U.S. Department of the Interior, Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Mohave County, AZ.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Minnesota Indian Affairs Council has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Pipestone County, MN.

The National Park Service is soliciting electronic comments on the significance of properties nominated before March 18, 2023, for listing or related actions in the National Register of Historic Places.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Bryn Mawr College intends to repatriate certain cultural items that meet the definition of objects of cultural patrimony and that have a cultural affiliation with the Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The cultural items were removed from Wayne County, MI.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Schiele Museum of Natural History (SMNH) has completed an inventory of human remains and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains were removed from Gaston County, NC.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), Virginia Commonwealth University, Department of Forensic Science and Anthropology Program, has completed an inventory of human remains, in consultation with the appropriate Indian Tribes, and has determined that there is no cultural affiliation between the human remains and any Indian Tribe. The human remains were removed from the City of Richmond, VA.

In accordance with the Native American Graves Protection and Repatriation Act (NAGPRA), the Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) has completed an inventory of human remains and associated funerary objects and has determined that there is a cultural affiliation between the human remains and associated funerary objects and Indian Tribes or Native Hawaiian organizations in this notice. The human remains and associated funerary objects were removed from Clay, Prentiss, Yalobusha, and Quitman Counties, MS.

The National Park Service (NPS), U.S. Department of the Interior, is requesting nominations for qualified persons to serve as members on the Cedar Creek and Belle Grove National Historical Park Advisory Commission (Commission).

In accordance with the Federal Advisory Committee Act of 1972, the National Park Service (NPS) is hereby giving notice that the Committee for the Preservation of the White House (Committee) will meet as indicated below.

The C.H.
