Recommendations from this group will be brought to the full Council for formal consideration and action, if appropriate.

Fisheries of the Exclusive Economic Zone Off Alaska; Alaska Plaice in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands Management Area
NMFS is prohibiting directed fishing for Alaska plaice in the Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands management area (BSAI). This action is necessary to prevent exceeding the 2020 Alaska plaice initial total allowable catch (ITAC) in the BSAI.
