The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) is publishing (1) the names of one individual and one entity whose property and interests in property are blocked pursuant to Executive Order (E.O.) 13551; (2) the name of one vessel in which one of these persons has an interest; (3) revised information on OFAC's list of Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons (SDN List) to update identifiers for one entity previously designated pursuant to E.O. 13551; and (4) revised information on OFAC's SDN List to update identifiers for two individuals previously designated pursuant to E.O. 13382.

The OCC, as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, invites the general public and other Federal agencies to take this opportunity to comment on a new information collection, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 (PRA). In accordance with the requirements of the PRA, the OCC may not conduct or sponsor, and the respondent is not required to respond to, an information collection unless it displays a currently valid Office of Management and Budget (OMB) control number. The OCC is soliciting comment concerning a new collection of information titled, ``Bank Appeals Follow-Up Questionnaire.'' The OCC also is giving notice that it has sent the collection to OMB for review.
