Arts Advisory Panel Meetings
Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, as amended, notice is hereby given that 22 meetings of the Arts Advisory Panel to the National Council on the Arts will be held by teleconference.
Meeting of Humanities Panel
The National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH) will hold two meetings of the Humanities Panel, a federal advisory committee, during June 2020. The purpose of the meetings is for panel review, discussion, evaluation, and recommendation of applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965.
Submission for OMB Review, Comment Request, Proposed Collection: “Museums Empowered: Professional Development Opportunities for Museum Staff”
The Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS), as part of its continuing effort to reduce paperwork and respondent burden, conducts a pre-clearance consultation program to provide the general public and federal agencies with an opportunity to comment on proposed and/or continuing collections of information in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act. This program helps to ensure that requested data can be provided in the desired format, reporting burden (time and financial resources) is minimized, collection instruments are clearly understood, and the impact of collection requirements on respondents can be properly assessed. A copy of the proposed information collection request can be obtained by contacting the individual listed below in the ADDRESSES section of this notice.
Meeting of National Council on the Humanities
Pursuant to the Federal Advisory Committee Act, notice is hereby given that the National Council on the Humanities will meet to review applications for financial assistance under the National Foundation on the Arts and Humanities Act of 1965 and make recommendations thereon to the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Humanities (NEH).
