Renewal of Agency Information Collection of a Previously Approved Collection; Request for Comments
As required by the Paperwork Reduction Act, The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) is submitting the information collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for renewal: Suspicious Activity Reports by Depository Institutions pursuant to the Security Program, Report of Suspected Crimes, Suspicious Transactions, Catastrophic Acts and Bank Secrecy Act Compliance. The information collection is currently authorized by OMB Control Number 3133-0094, which expires on May 31, 2023. This information collection allows NCUA to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements for adopting and requiring reports of suspicious transactions on a consolidated suspicious activity report (SARs) form.
Climate-Related Financial Risk
The NCUA is seeking public input on current and future climate and natural disaster risks to federally insured credit unions (FICUs), related entities, their members, and the National Credit Union Share Insurance Fund (SIF). The NCUA also seeks input of any interested parties on the development of potential future guidance, regulation, reporting requirements, and/or supervisory approaches for FICUs' management of climate-related financial risks.

The National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) will submit the following information collection requests to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, on or after the date of publication of this notice.
Privacy Act of 1974: Systems of Records
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) gives notice of a new Privacy Act system of records. The new system is NCUA-27, NCUA General Support System Records. This system consists of information collected to provide authorized individuals with access to NCUA information technology resources.
Privacy Act of 1974: Systems of Records
Pursuant to the Privacy Act of 1974, the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA) gives notice of a new Privacy Act system of records. The new system is NCUA-26, Prospective Official Application Records. The Federal Credit Union Act requires that the NCUA investigate the general character and fitness of the management and officials of a proposed federal credit union or proposed federally insured state-chartered credit union. This system will include information that the NCUA collects and maintains to meet these requirements of the Federal Credit Union Act. Information is collected directly from the individual with their consent.
