The Commission hereby gives notice that it has instituted reviews pursuant to the Tariff Act of 1930 (``the Act''), as amended, to determine whether revocation of the countervailing duty orders on large diameter welded pipe from China, India, South Korea, and Turkey and the antidumping duty orders on large diameter welded pipe from Canada, China, Greece, India, South Korea, and Turkey would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury.
