The FY 2013 inventory analysis provides information on specific service contract actions that were analyzed as part of the FY 2013 inventory. The 2014 inventory provides information on service contract actions over $25,000 which were made in FY 2014. The inventory information is organized by function to show how contracted resources are distributed throughout the agency. Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 20, 2015, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of BASF Corporation of Florham Park, New Jersey and UChicago Argonne LLC of Lemont, Illinois. A letter supplementing the complaint was filed on March 13, 2015. The complaint, as supplemented, alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain lithium metal oxide cathode materials, lithium metal-ion batteries for power tool products containing same, and power tool products with lithium-ion batteries containing same by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 6,677,082 (``the '082 patent'') and U.S. Patent No. 6,680,143 (``the '143 patent''). The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainants request that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders.
