Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in its entirety the administrative law judge's (``ALJ'') initial summary determination (``ID'') (Order No. 19) in the above-captioned investigation, in which he granted the complainant's motion for a summary determination of violation.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined that there is a violation of section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (19 U.S.C. 1337) by respondents Lucky Litter, LLC of Chicago, Illinois and OurPet's Company of Fairport Harbor, Ohio in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission has issued a limited exclusion order, issued cease and desist orders against the two respondents, and terminated the investigation.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has issued a limited exclusion order against eleven respondents in the above-captioned investigation under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337 (``section 337''), and has terminated the investigation.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the institution of investigations and commencement of preliminary phase antidumping and countervailing duty investigations Nos. 701-TA-462 and 731-TA-1156-1158 (Preliminary) under sections 703(a) and 733(a) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1671b(a) and 1673b(a)) (the Act) to determine whether there is a reasonable indication that an industry in the United States is materially injured or threatened with material injury, or the establishment of an industry in the United States is materially retarded, by reason of imports from Indonesia, Taiwan, and Vietnam of polyethylene retail carrier bags, provided for in subheading 3923.21.00 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States, that are alleged to be sold in the United States at less than fair value and alleged to be subsidized by the Government of Vietnam. Unless the Department of Commerce extends the time for initiation pursuant to sections 702(c)(1)(B) or 732(c)(1)(B) of the Act (19 U.S.C. 1671a(c)(1)(B) or 1673a(c)(1)(B)), the Commission must reach a preliminary determination in antidumping and countervailing duty investigations in 45 days, or in this case by May 15, 2009. The Commission's views are due at Commerce within five business days thereafter, or by May 22, 2009.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review-in-part a final initial determination (``ID'') of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') finding a violation of section 337 in the above-captioned investigation, and to request written submissions regarding remedy, bonding, and the public interest. The Commission has also extended the target date for completion of the investigation by 30 days until May 27, 2009.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 23, 2009, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Saxon Innovations, LLC of Tyler, Texas. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain electronic devices, including handheld wireless communications devices, that infringe certain claims of U.S. Patent Nos. 5,235,635; 5,530,597; and 5,608,873. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists or is in the process of being established as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337.

At the direction of the Acting United States Trade Representative (USTR) in letters received on March 3, 2009 and March 10, 2009, the U.S. International Trade Commission (Commission) has terminated its investigation with respect to the following articles, and will not provide advice with respect to these articles:

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined to review in part the final initial determination (``ID'') issued by the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') on January 12, 2009, in the above-captioned investigation. The Commission has also determined to extend the target date by 30 days.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on February 10, 2009, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Humanscale Corporation of New York, New York. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain adjustable keyboard support systems and components thereof that infringe certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 5,292,097. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and a cease and desist order.

Notice is hereby given that a complaint was filed with the U.S. International Trade Commission on January 28, 2009, under section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended, 19 U.S.C. 1337, on behalf of Cargill, Incorporated of Wayzata, Minnesota. A letter supplementing the complaint was filed on February 13, 2009. The complaint alleges violations of section 337 based upon the importation into the United States, the sale for importation, and the sale within the United States after importation of certain non-shellfish derived glucosamine and products containing same by reason of infringement of certain claims of U.S. Patent No. 7,049,433. The complaint further alleges that an industry in the United States exists as required by subsection (a)(2) of section 337. The complainant requests that the Commission institute an investigation and, after the investigation, issue an exclusion order and cease and desist orders.

Notice is hereby given that the U.S. International Trade Commission has determined not to review an initial determination (``ID'') (Order No. 53) of the presiding administrative law judge (``ALJ'') granting complainant's motion to amend the complaint and the notice of investigation.

The Commission hereby gives notice of the scheduling of an expedited review pursuant to section 751(c)(3) of the Tariff Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)(3)) (the Act) to determine whether revocation of the antidumping duty order on malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time.
