The Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to producers and exporters of certain kitchen appliance shelving and racks from the People's Republic of China. On February 1, 2008, the Department of Commerce (the Department) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) from Turkey. See Initiation of Five-year (``Sunset'') Reviews, 73 FR 6128 (Feb. 1, 2008). Pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff Act of 1930, as amended (the Act), the International Trade Commission (ITC) determined that revocation of this order would not be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the United States within a reasonably foreseeable time. See Steel Concrete Reinforcing Bar From Turkey; Determination, 73 FR 77841 (Dec. 19, 2008) (ITC Final). Therefore, pursuant to section 751(d)(2) of the Act and 19 CFR 351.222(i)(1)(iii), the Department is revoking the antidumping duty order on rebar from Turkey.
