The records in the system of records are about individuals who have applied for, are receiving, or have received awards under one of BHW's scholarship and loan repayment programs, as well as individuals who indicate an interest in employment in or assignment to a medical facility located in a health professional shortage area or a medically underserved population area, incident to their participation in a BHW scholarship or loan repayment program.
